Her motto is spreading good cheer through weather. Her specialty is forecasting the weather with puns which is a part of her unique trait in weather forecasts. The voice actress is said to be Airi Yamagishi. The winning design will be used for her launch in April. Shuku-san was announced as the overall winner. The runners up are Kome100-san and Mimimi-san.
